Just look what I found, when I wasn't looking.

This past Saturday was full of fun reunions with friends, as we celebrated the engagement of Danielle and Blake at their Couples Shower in Alpharetta, Georgia. Stephanie, Sarah, and I began planning this "Around the Clock" event earlier this summer and have been looking forward to the big day ever since. Guests were asked to bring gifts that could be used in either the morning, afternoon, or evening and as always, they did not disappoint...from Keurig Coffee Makers to Aprons with ruffles to Blake's Great-Grandmother's crystal. 

The his and hers shower was complete with yellow and white tissue paper pom poms, photo banners of the lovely couple, vases filled with lemon slices and flowers, lots and lots of yummy hors d'oeuvre, fruity champagne punch, and of course the soon-to-be bride and groom question game, where Blake and Danielle answered numerous questions about one another. 

And finally, a big shout out to my girl Steph (couples shower co-host and expert cart pusher), who braved the grocery store with me for two hours on Friday! Thanks Steph!
